Omaha Annexation Plan

PROBLEM: There are numerous Sanitary Improvement Districts (S.I.D.s) located well within the city limits of Omaha.  These S.I.D.s have never been annexed by the city, resulting in a million dollars per year in lost property tax revenue.

SOLUTION: Enact the policy that the mayor's finance director recommended in June of 2010.
